Alfredo has over twenty years of experience in the financial services and institutional fund management industries, managing fixed income portfolios for insurance, pension funds, endowments and mutual funds. Using his deep understanding of complex financing solutions. He is now working to help attorneys find better litigation finance solutions to cover their firms financing needs across the working capital cycle. 

Lisa is a litigation industry veteran, having come up the ranks supporting defense and plaintiff litigation attorneys.  She started her career in 1998 with McFarlain, Wiley, Cassedy and Jones, focused on insurance defense nursing home defense.  Over the next many years, she worked on such matters as ranging from medical chronologies, discovery preparation, organization for trial, witness research and overall case management, helping her build a strong understanding of every step in the litigation process, what to review, when to file, etc.  In 2005, Lisa launched her own independent legal consulting practice, assisting smaller plaintiff and defense law firms with their litigation needs, including discovery, witness prep, witness retention, case reviews and the like. Today, she leverages her experience to help attorneys understand the benefits of litigation finance to growing their law firms. 

Gabrielle Lyn D’Alemberte has spent the majority of her 30-year career as a trial attorney, lobbyist, and Federal Court mediator.     

Her father, Talbot “Sandy” D’Alemberte, was the President of the American Bar Association as well as President of Florida State University and left a legacy of changing the world as the expectation that she should follow.      

With over 100 jury trials under her belt, D’Alemberte has become one of America’s most celebrated female civil trial lawyers.    She is a     

member of the Florida Bar, Southern, Northern and Middle Districts of Florida United States District Courts, D’Alemberte received the Florida Supreme Court Pro Bono Award for her work with the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. She has extensive experience with     

aviation, wrongful death, mass torts, product liability and elections law.
